Unlike a traditional listing—where a single agent handles multiple tasks independently—Appointed supports estate property sales by organizing documentation, coordinating licensed professionals, and facilitating communication among vendors, escrow, and referral agents.
All activity related to the property is documented in the Property Activity Report (PAR), a transparent, court-ready record designed to reflect the actions taken by the fiduciary and authorized professionals. Appointed does not act as a fiduciary or decision-maker.
The estate pays no more than the standard real-estate commission already built into the transaction. Appointed’s coordination and documentation support are provided as part of the brokerage services, with no additional cost to the estate.
